Before the engines,
there was endurance.

Across the Mojave, massive borax wagons and skilled teamsters proved that even the most unforgiving landscape could be crossed with ingenuity and determination.

The mule-team story represents the ingenuity, endurance and logistics that sustained Mojave long before modern engines. Freighters connected distant mineral operations to the growing railway network.
